Use the internationally recognised 360 feedback tool LSI to uncover insights into your strengths and areas for development to empower you to embark on your journey of growth.

Getting feedback from a range of peers, managers and direct reports can help identify blind spots and strengths in how our actions are perceived by others. This increase in self awareness can be an incredible catalyst for change. We have the choice of using a simple fit-for-purpose tool or using the internationally recognised LSI tool to gather and present the feedback. The results are followed up by 1:1 coaching sessions that allows you to be the driver of what you want to change, and to get in place motivating goals
